False Advertising - Pathetic Service

The Netflorist website claims to do Same Day delivery for certain items, I arranged a little surprise for my husband today, I needed it to be delivered today for a specific reason! I noticed that the surprise is not yet delivered at almost 4:30pm. I contacted Netflorist via their "live chat" app, the agent said that the order cannot be delivered today!!! Today was that "moment" my husband needed this surprise gift! I am so upset! The agent said that can give me complimentary chocolates - which I DO NOT NEED! However, Before I could reply to the second message, within a split second she closed the chat claiming she did not get a response. Don't use Netflorist they will let you down! Use Uber!!!
