False advertising & opportunistic pricing

False advertising - I had added a personalised gown to my basket at R689 (XL, starting price was R599 for a Small) only to notice on check out that the price was bumped up to R799 (different to advertised price). I took screenshots of the advertised prices and sent to Netflorist only for a lady called Candice to tell me "that is the price" and that "all prices are increased for Valentines day" and send me a screenshot of now inflated prices, a day later? Netflorist is a ******* in general but this is actually shameful, I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore.
