False Advertising on A LARGE SCALE and lazy unprofessional staff

<p>Made an order was advised if payment is done before 1 pm they will be able to deliver same day. Ran up and down to make sure payment was done. I check reciept it says following day for delivery. I call in a panic to try fix it, 2 different people who were helping me place the order ignore my calls as I called more than 3 times. The 3rd person tries to help but too late by then. Not even an apology. Worst 1st experience. CLEARLY SAME DAY MEANS clause( IF YOU PLACE ORDER BEFORE 9AM). Anything after that expect your order to be delivered following day.
