False advertising of payment options and being able to reset password

I've tried to reset my password over 20 times on my phone and via my PC and they send you a link to you email but it doesn't reset the password. I then phoned them and they informed me you had to phone them to reset it, so why have the function on their web page. On the website it says there are 15 different payment options and yet when you get to the secure payment page, the only one that comes up is via credit card. It has been exceptionally frustrating and a waste of time.
