False advertising - not what I ordered

I ordered flowers in a vase for my mom on Mother’s day. She lives in Queenstown and the options are already quite limited. They sent flowers in the ugliest vase I have ever seen and it looked nothing like what I had ordered online. The message I requested was hand written, which i thought was unprofessional. Seems like Netflorist is unaware that false advertising is *******. I sent a complaint with pictures and they never bothered to contact me. I will never order from Netflorist again for their overpriced products and delivery charges.
