False advertising/ No delivery

bought flowers for same day delivery, delivery got to the workplace after everyone had left ( most ppl work to 5pm , don't pitch up after that thinking the person you delivering to will be there). I then get a call from the head office in JHB to assure me that they will deliver to my place , I gave the address they said it should be delivered in the next 2hrs, so i wait at home like a doos expecting the stuff that should have been delivered to where it was suppose to be delivered only to see a mail from netflorist saying \We just wanted to let you know that we<br> attempted delivery of your order Item Number *** today but we were unfortunately unsuccessful<br> because We got to the address too late
