False Advertising. Damaged Goods.

I ordered a gift and flowers for a colleague to be delivered at work - same day delivery, yesterday. The site is not user friendly so I had to pay two delivery fees but I made peace with that.

They delivered the gift in a black box, it had Charlotte Rhys goodies and a scarf. The box was wet and the flowers were missing. I called the call centre and spoke to a lady who said she would call back. She didn’t.

They delivered the flowers after working hours to our security desk. He said they got there just before 18:00. I just got a notification that I had received my parcel, which of course I hadn’t.

I’m really disappointed. Am I supposed to be happy with the fact that you delivered it same day but after working hours?

Worse, the flowers come in a jar with a happy birthday sticker on it. Did they not scratch the sticker.

What a mess.
