False Advertising by NetFlorist

To whom it may concern, I am writing to you as very unhappy client. I ordered (order number ***) Personalized Floral Scetch White Towel Set which on the picture looked like it 3 towels ranging from Large, Medium and Small set of towels. To my surprise when delivered I received 2 small hand towels. I called the Call Centre on *** and the Agent told me that the towels on the picture which I thought I was ordering were out of stock hence they delivered what they delivered. It was never indicated to me that I will be receiving 2 small towels when in the picture it is showing 3 towels in different sizes. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I am really unhappy with the service. I would like this matter to be resolved and receive what I paid for.
