False advertising by Netflorist

I have ordered flowers and gifts for my family in Durban multiple times hoping that they will deliver one good order and was greatly disappointed with Netflorist time and time again. What I ordered and what was delivered was different, false advertising, the floral arrangement looked like it was done by a child, the teddy bear had a T-shirt on the Website when delivered it was a different color with no T-shirt. One order was delivered in drips and drabs. So disappointed instead of it being a happy moment it becomes a disappointment.
