False advertising and poor sercvice
<p>After hearing and watching the Advert for Netflorist, which said that if you purchased your mothersday Gift before the 10th May, you would get a free box of LIndt with the order, I placed an order online. Upon reading the fine print when teh order was placed, which said that the order needed to be over R250, i increase my orders to accomodate the fine print. When my orders were delivered to the respective addresses, the Advertised free box of Lindt was delivered. This is a poor way to do business and is false advertising.</p>
I had orderd 2 orders on 6th May 2017 just to get the Free Lindt. Had to add Nougat and a Balloon to both orders just to get to R250 and that you placed 2 orders on the 6 May 2017, just to get the free Lindt…. and only my order was delivered minus the Lindt.
