False Advertising and Pitiful Service

Absolutely disgusted with their service. I ordered a Mother's Day gift for R819 and my Mom received a pathetic arrangement that hardly resembled what was advertised. They promised to rectify the problem as the driver made a mistake and nothing happened. My mom still has the same horrible arrangement and it absolutely ruined Mother's Day. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I will never use Netflorist again.
