False Advertising and customer service!

I ordered gifts for my loved one for Valentines day and the adverts on radio and their website clearly states that you will receive a free box of lindt chocolates when you arrange for delivery on the 12th or 13th of Feb (as one can understand that the 14th would be hectic for them to manage all V-Day deliveries). This never happened. When I complained, I was promised assistance in one day, they emailed me 3 days later with an excuse that my order did not qualify as it had to be over R300??? Nowhere does it state whether this R300 includes delivery, extras ribbons or balloons. "Spend R300 and get free Lindt chocolates when you change delivery for 12 or 13 Feb" I am highly disappointed as I planned the gift in such a way to not purchase eats seeing as he will be receiving the choccies.... I sent another 2 emails to their support team and I am now being ignored. This is unacceptable.
