False advertising and broken promises

Ordered a mother's day. First off, I ordered two gifts for my mom arrived several hours from each other. Also not received her Lindt Chocs as widely advertised. Tried to resolve the matter to no avail. Several excuses on why it was not done. 1. The value of the gift did not exceed R500 not true bought over R700. 2. Did not order items from the mother's day items. Not true both were from the mother's day selection. 3. Places the order not by the 9, to be delivered by the 11-15. Placed order by the 9th and was delivered on the 9th as andicated by their system. Delivered somehow occurred before the 11. So no chocs for mom 😕 😢
