False advertising and 0% satisfaction guaranteed ?

This company should stop false advertising,as they cant even make same day delivery (as they claim on their website) to a place like Kempton park.I have had to cancel two orders because one minute you have a notification saying the order is being dispatched and then before even a minute is finished a non delivery email follows,If you call they are quick to offer a re delivery the following day ,if they don’t say they attempted to deliver and there was no recipient at the address.If you have a special delivery for your loved one I would recommend not wasting your time using this company its a sham
