False Advertising

<p>Ordered a beautiful succulent (at least that is what they had advertised) for my sister, received a dismal little branch that looked like it was plucked out of someone's garden. After much ado, they sent her a replacement, which, needless to say, was still incorrect. No apology. Two months later and I am still awaiting a response from the manager. </p> <p>Their initial excuse was that they were out of stock and would send me a refund. When I asked them to just send what I ordered, they suddenly had stock. BUT, it was still the wrong one, so they said they would change the picture on their website, which, inevitably they did not do. This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. </p> <p>Save yourself the embarrasment of sending pathetic stuff from Netflorist and rather use your local florist. </p>
