FALSE ADVERTISING

I Ordered a flower arrangement on 25/01/2016 to be delivered on 26/01/2016. The flowers arrived on 26/01/2016 @ approximately 10:34. The flowers were dilapidated and old. Not at all what was displayed when ordering. I sent an e-mail to net florist on 26/01/2016 @ 14H46. The automated reply was that I would get a response within 9 business hours. I am still waiting for a reply. I also called after I sent the e-mail and spoke to a person by the name of Warren who also assured me that someone would get back to me. <br> The flowers were for a special occasion today.
