False advertising

Very dissapointed in the service provided by Netflorist. I will be deleting my account. It was the first time I used them and it will be my last. What I ordered was 12 roses for R399. On top of that i had to pay R150 delivery fee. To my utmost dissapointment my sister received 12 roses without one single sight of babies breath. Plain and bland. Nothing like what was advertised. It is false advertising. She lost her daugter and I wanted to cheer her up. Now i am the one left with a huge dissapointment. Netflorist will reap what they sowed.
