False advertising

I made an order on the 05th of July 2019 for a personalized balloon gift set. I called on the 6th(my delivery date) and enquired abt my order. The lady i spoke with told me that my order was cancelled because the machine couldn’t print the dummies as they were plastic. She did apologize that I never received any call to inform me of this. This whole thing is false advertising! And why ddnt they call me to let me know the status of my order? So i ddnt call todat(6thjuly) i was gonna wait until Jesus comes back? Iam so mad!
