False Advertising

I placed an order for delivery for the 13th February and during my checkout NetFlorist added a box of free lindor chocolates (all deliveries on the 12th and 13th February were to receive this). This is the only reason I requested my delivery on the 13th and not on the 14th. However the chocolates were never received. When I queried it I was told that my order was 5cents too short too qualify, no where was I told this and the item even appeared in my basket prior to checkout.
