False advertising

Advert said if order is delivered by 13th February 2018. Chocolates will be delivered as well. My order was in response to the advert of 5 Feb 2018. No mention was made of any conditions. I placed my order on 5th February 2018. No chocolates were received. Have also placed a complaint last year direct with Netflorist for bad and dry Roses delivered. Never had a reply. Never again Netflorist Twice bitten...3 times ...no thank you.
