False advertising

I'm quite disappointed with my recent delivery.<br> I had specifically ordered a Pink Carnations in a Chalkboard Vase for R 189.95<br> <br> My friend received her flowers, but in a NORMAL vase. <br> <br> I imagine the special CHALKBOARD vase to be more expensive than a normal vase.<br> <br> I have emailed and promised a response in 9 working hours 1 day ago, with no reply.<br> I would appreciate a refund on the difference of the price of the vase.<br> <br> If not that at least an apology and some kind of acknowledgement or compensation.<br> <br> How can the product you supply be different from the one advertising?<br> If I order a blue car with air-con and get a pink car without air-con should I expect that to be okay?<br> <br> Never ordering from here again. <br> Without a response I will be sharing this complaint on social media.<br> <br>
