Good Day

I placed an order for 13 of April & paid in March. It was the first time that I wanted to spoil my aunt for her birthday using Netflorist. My aunt never received her gift as the driver ended up lost. I got an apologic email from Blessed Modise (Support Co-Ordinator) to choose a hamper from the website. I got into contact with Blessed Modise on 19 April. She advised that the address was out of the area that they deliver to. My question was, why wasn't this noticed when I made the "telephonic" order??? I even called on numerous times to find out the progress of the delivery to make sure that my aunt received her gift. The driver called her & she called back to provide directions but still to no avail. The Driver didn’t know the suburb. Why doesn’t Netflorist send drivers to areas that they are unfami**** with??

Furthermore, Blessed wanted to credit me for the amount that I spent. A special day & moment had past yet I was going to just get my money back?? She then added R100 to compensate me. She told me to choose a hamper from the website. The item I chose was 'Lady Rose NETPL1307" to the value of R219.95 + the Lindt chocolates valued at R99.95. I emailed the details & image to Blessed who confirmed that my order will be delivered on the next day. I thought that my aunt will receive the pretty roses in a black box with a ribbon & the chocolates. When I asked my aunt about the plant, it was not the roses as per the image that I emailed to Blessed but the initial plant that I ordered. When I emailed Blessed on 24 April to clarify why didn’t my aunt receive the rose plant, she told me that the order was more than my initial item ordered. Why wasn't I informed of this when I emailed the "website order" to Blessed?? Furthermore, why did she ask me to go onto the website to choose a hamper instead of just sending my initial order with a complimentary box of chocolates. I feel cheated!!!! Since the 24 of April, Blessed has not responded to my email. I forwarded my complaint to Linden on 4th & 9th May but to no avail. I called 10th May & forwarded my email to Shirley. I wonder if I am just building a chain email or will find conclusion.

Another incident, it was the first time that I used Netflorist to deliver chocolates to my uncle in Richard's Bay for his birthday. Only to find out that he received melted chocolates!!! How embarrassing!!! Fair enough I was refunded the money spent however can that bring back the special moment??

I still placed another order for my aunt's birthday, after my first disappointment as I thought that the service will be better but it was worse. I honestly feel that the best & secure way to spoil someone is to use the old methods of purchasing a gift from a store & using a courier service or just going it to the person.

Netflorist isn’t reliable to make your loved ones feel special...
