False Adverti*****t and Bad Communication

On February the 11th/12th, I purchased a Cacti Garden from NetFlorist to be delivered on February the 15th. When the day came, the wrong Garden was delivered. Instead of it being the Cacti Garden, they sent the Cactus Garden, two very different gardens from one another. When I called to inquire this, a lady named Salome informed me that the Garden I ordered was out of stock and so they decided, without informing me or even consulting me, to send another Garden. They probably thought I wouldn't find out as it was a surprise Valentines gift for someone. However when the person received the Garden, they sent me a pic and low and behold, it was not the one I selected and paid for. Salome informed me that they were unsure when they would get stock again. I asked her to do her best to find out. She never got back to me. When I contacted her again, she said the exact same thing as the last time. I then requested I be informed when they finally do find out and when I could expect exchange of products. Again no communication from them and then they just go ahead and deliver, not the correct one, but again an incorrect one. I am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of a florist over Vday
