False advert - embarrassed by order sent

I sent flowers (viewed from Netflorist website) to my step daughter - congratulating her on the birth of the families 1st grandchild. For R498 - a tiny bucket with a minute tigger and about 5 carnations were delivered!! Completely different to the advertised photo in terms of size and colours. Complete mis-representation of product and shocking after sales service when asked. I was away on holiday hence the gift was sent - when I viewed the gift yesterday I was horrified and as a result I called Netflorist first thing this morning to be told - I called to long after delivery - again I repeat caution to this product and service - 100% dissappointed customer!!!!!
