**** advertiser dry roses not at all as advertised

Horrible service I received roses that were not even opening up yet. Waited for a few days nothing the roses are still not opened up and now they are all dried up. Do not order from this place it's a rip-off!! When we got in touch with customer service they claim it is too late to do anything about it how convenient.
