Failure to Deliver Package on Planned Day

I made an order with NetFlorist and requested them to deliver on a certain date, instead they said the item has leadtime so they suggested their own date which was 3days later. I accepted their offer because their arguement made sense. <br> <br> The problem is that they failed to make their own delivery that which was already 3days later than i would have wanted the item delivered. I do not understand how they could be so unprofessional. I do not think i will ever use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
