Failure to deliver package
<p>So it all starts on Friday, I'm currently working abroad and since I won't be in SA for Valentine's Day. I thought to myself let me get my fiancee some flowers teddy bear for Valentine to make her day feel special also. I was about to use my FNB account to get flowers delivered to her...biggest mistake I did was to listen to my friend who told me about this unreliable Netflorist company. So I place an order on Friday afternoon,personally called to place the order. Firstly I requested for mixed roses than after I get an invoice mail that tells me I've purchased red roses.I called back to change it the lady told me that the consultant that assisted me said I wanted red roses, okay I let that go cause maybe the could have been a communication breakdown between us consider we in two different countries. I wanted to change I was advised that no delivery can be made on the 14th for mixed roses as they were out of stock,fair enough I kept the red roses.I gave the company name of where my fiancee works and address also asked if delivery can be made on Tuesday the 14th and I was assured yes sir it will be done. So today it's the 14th I get a call around 12pm from my fiancee that she got a call from some flower guy who told her his lost and has flowers for her,she gives the guy directions and sends address again and still no show up at her work place. I mean already the surprise is spoiled,never mind that what matter was her getting the package. I called and all I got was just an unanswered call. Due to the requirements of my work place I than request my sister to do a following up on my behalf who advices me that she spoke to one of the consultants and promised that they will call 15min later. She called an hour later having to battle getting an answer,finally someone answers and has the audacity to hang up on her. I had a ****py day as I was annoyed by this. Till this time no call nor delivery. I don't want those flowers anymore not even for them to be delivered tomorrow as its pointless now. If I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Wednesday the 15th I would have requested so. I'm never using this service again,just to think I advised my colleague to order something for his girlfriend for her B-Day...I just hope his package gets delivered.
