Failure to deliver on time.

I ordered a set of flowers for my wife on the morning of the 23rd before 07:00 on their same day delivery service thinking that it shouldn't be too difficult to get it to their offices by close of business. Having specified a business address, one would think that they would know that typical business hours is from 08:00 to 17:00. So, they phone me at 18:00 to ask me if the business where they want to deliver the package is open so they can deliver. Long closed of course. This completely ruined the entire moment the flowers were meant for. Will never use again.
