Failure to deliver on promise

I ordered a parcel yesterday through the contact centre, using a voucher which were due within 24hrs and a R200 coupon from vodocom, the difference I paid by providing my card details to them, just to receive an email now stating they will not be able to deliver of which I take not just as an insult but also as being one without integrity... I watnt the gift I ordered through the call centre now today, because I was told it will be delivered today.
