failure to deliver and disgdisgraceful call centre

I am utterly disgusted with the service I recieved. I made an order using the \same day delivery"and i had indicated that it would be delivered to a business address assuming delivery would occur before 5pm which is usually COB the delivery was still not made. Ntombi the call centre lady re assured me at 1pm that she would follow up by 3 to ensure it is delivered but yet nothing at 20 past 5 a lady claiming to be \""Thapo\"" said she will call me back in 10 minutes but clearly she knew that she was knocking off. I am ****ed off and just want my money back. Nobody should ever use this pathetic service. What a bunch of false advertising. They supposed to be making peoples day yet they have infact ruined mine. Worst servive I have ever experienced """
