Failure to deliver

I ordered flowers advertised on the NetFlorist 7 days ago. Delivery is for tomorrow. I get a call today at 14h15 that <br> the flowers are not available and I must make another choice. If I wanted another choice I could have used a different supplier and not the NetFlorist. The birthday is tomorrow and there isn't time to make another choice, the flower were ordered and paid in full 7 days ago.<br> <br> The NetFlorist failed to deliver flowers tom my mother on her birthday last year because they were only going to Soshanguve a few days later. I had the flowers delivered tom my house and drove 45km to Soshanguve to deliver the flowers. <br> <br> Poor service!!!! Unacceptable.
