Fails to deliver!

<p>I ordered my Mothers Othersday present to be delivered on the 12th of May at her bussiness adress(which I specified as such). I placed the order wel in advance on the 7th of May. By 5.30pm on Friday the 12th of May I had to spoil the surprise and ask my Mom if she had received her gift, thhe answer was no and she had now left work. So I called netflorist obviously upset! They told me that the delivery guy was in her area now (6pm). I told them that that was unacceptable offourse she was not at work anymore. I ended up changing the adress to her home adress and was told it would take priority and be delivered on the 13th. I asked my mom to wait at home. Its now the 14th Mothersday and my mom still does not have her gift. I spoke to netflorist on he 13th at 12pm and 4pm and was assured it would be delivered! Thank you for nothing Netflorist! Shocking service! Useless!</p>
