Failing to deliver to recipient

Placed an order online for delivery (before 10h30), 5 hours later order was only then delivered.<br> Furthermore, delivery is not at the specified address, merely left the good with security at the estate, no one bothered to actually go to the house specified.<br> Pathetic!<br> Called the call centre, and they said unfortunately they are not in Pretoria therefore can't say that happened.<br> Solution was for me to call recipient and find out they have received the goods.
