Failed to deliver order for Valentines day
Place order in the morning of valentines day, driver called after 7pm to inform us he can only deliver the next morning, what is the point of same day delivery. Next day after valentine, this is so disgusting, can't trust this business again.

15 Feb 2023, 08:43It's the 15th of February 2023 8:42am and no delivery yet, but Nelflorist system shows that it has been delivered and signed for by my wife, which is a big lie, noting has been received and no communication today. I have never experience such a horrible service in my life.
