Failed to deliver on valentine's day ordered 7Feb

I ordered roses for my wife on the 7th of Feb for valentine's day and the did not deliver.I phoned the call center to find out when it will be delivered they said it is on it's way to be delivered.But i never arrived.Thanks for ruining Valentin's day.

Very disappointed in Netflorist.
