Failed to deliver on Valentines day!!

Absolutely ******* service!!! I ordered something way before Valentines day to be delivered ON the day (14th February). Its now 2 days LATER and still it hasn't been delivered. I even called to complain and the woman sounded as if she couldn't care less. NOT only does it look like i forgot about Valentines day, but you also ruined my surprise. if you couldn't handle any more delivery requests then this should have been communicated to me BEFORE payment was made
