Failed to deliver gift that was purchased a week in advance

If you ever consider using Netflorists service, DONT. I made a purchase for a gift on the 7th of February to be sent on Valentines day. and on the day when it was supposed delivered I got a mail saying my gift is in transit, kept phoning and trying to get a hold of them the whole day and they didn't seem to be reachable. Come 3:30pm nothing still, until I contacted them on twitter and they said I'd get it before 5pm. Come 5pm and nothing, delivery was never made only for them to mail me at 6pm and they tell they could not deliver. Absolutely poor from them, if they did not have capacity they should have made it clear since I made my order a week in advance. Shocking would never recommend
