Failed to deliver as promised - Keep away from this business

I have Been using Netflorest for a While and yesterday was my last, the service from netflorest is bad,

I placed my order - ********** 79 for delivery to a business address for the 14th Feb, the item only arrived after business hours hence my wife was not there to collect it, i find this service disappointing and i want my money back,

I tried calling all day and no body at netflorest picked up to assist,
