Failed to deliver, and do not respond to follow up queries
Scheduled for delivery on 14 Feb, and delivery was not made. Tried contacting them via email, webchat and whatsapp, and received no responses.
This is not the first time it has happened, but it will likely be the last that I use them.....

15 Feb 2024, 11:33I finally call Netflorist and get hold of them after being on hold for a while.....they then tell me the item is out for delivery today, and that a global "email" will be going out to affected orders. I complain further....and then they offer to refund only the delivery fee....which is an insulting gesture considering the order value and the importance of the delivery being made on the relevant date.
