FAILED DELIVERY FOR VALENTINES DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Netflorist on 13 February for delivery on 14 February in time for Valentines day. It is now 15 February, and the order has STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been saying in transit since yesterday, and my wife DIDN't RECEIVE HER GIFT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! Your phone lines have also been down, so there's no way to get hold of anyone, which is unacceptable!!!!!!!! No-on from your side has even contacted me to explain that the delivery is delayed and it is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

You've ruined valentines day, and I DEMAND MY MONEY BAC****!!!!!!!! I WILL BE MAKING USE OF YOUR SERVICES AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN HOW BAD YOUR SERVICE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I demand that someone contacts me TODAY to explain 1) what went wrong, 2) how this is going to be made up to my wife, and 3) how my money will be returned!!!!!!!!
