Fabulous call agents

<p>Placed an order on Thursday 9 Febuary on behalf of my son for his wife for Valentines day </p> <p>without being asked I was billed 4 delivery charges at 2 o clock on Thurday i phoned to enquire as to why 4 delivery charges and not one its going to the same place </p> <p>I was told that it would be sorted and we would get a refund 5 to 7 days and a new invoice immediatly </p> <p>since then I have made 5 calls, 2 to try get a manager to contact me but with no response </p> <p>Delivery is for tomorrow 14/2 and I still have no idea what is going on </p> <p>my order number is ********** 30 </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
