Extremly Poor Service

Good Day

I placed this order on the 6/05/19 and asked for delivery on the 07/05/19. I contacted the call centre at 9am on the 7th to confirm delivery and was told that it will be delivered. At 15.30 i contacted thee call centre again and was told that it will only be delivered on the 8th. This is totally unacceptable. and this is not the first time this is happening.
