Extremely upset

I ordered a large bunch of mixed flowers. Firstly, it was meant as a surprise gift, yet the recipient was informed of the delivery beforehand. Secondly, it was definitely not a large bunch of flowers, but a normal sized bunch that was delivered. For R799.00!!! That is completely unacceptable! I will take this further with Netflorist. I have a photo of the bunch of flowers.
