EXTREMELY unreliable

<p>I can't even begin to explain how fustrating this has been. I ordered something online and when I tried to make the payment, it kept telling me that my card details were incorrect yet payment went though 5 TIMES. When I phoned to get them to refund they couldn't pick my order up on the system. Delivery was set for today as it was stuff ordered for the office for a meeting we are having today, I still have no answer to if it's going to be delivered, refunded or what my order number is. I have phoned in 7 times and still can't get a answer to anything. I don't know what to do. I don't think I'll ever order anything from them again. It's a shame because they have great hampers.</p>
