EXTREMELY UNHAPPY MOTHER AND KIDS

I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided by Netforist. I purchased vouchers for my kids in order for them to purchase gifts for their father on Father's Day that has passed.

I did not receive both the vouchers and was promised a call back twice and was ensured that the issue would be resolved first in 5 minutes and then withing and hour. I never received any call from the agents.

Netflorist indicated now after my 5th call that they investigating why the system allowed me to order 2 vouchers at once, I believe that is not my problem if the system is not working the way it is supposed to.

Netflorist, please ensure this issue is resolved and kids can smile.
