Extremely RUDE driver

<p>So lets think about this. When someone is sick, and not feeling well, or have an Anniversary, or a birthday, or just because you want that someone special to feel special again, what do you do? Answer; buy them chocolates and flowers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, I would like to share my disgust in dealing with NetFlorist. A colleaque of mine's got her birthday today, so her daughter decided to buy her mom flowers to make her day special. She put me on as a contact person as she wanted her mom to be surprised (Thank goodness as this would have spoiled this special day for the birthday lady!) Oh my WorD!! Your driver phoned me to find out what office park we are in. He didn't really understand and started to take his frustrations out on me, he was the rudest person ever! Raising his voice as he needs a name for what office park we are in... .. he needs the office park name (Uhm the office park is in William Nicol Drive, The Tiger brand building, right next to Microsoft) - we do not have a office park name, other than Tiger Brand that is the name of this office park that faces the road. After a whole long unpleasant conversation with this guy, he said that if we can't tell him what office park it is he can't help us... (This after we said to him what the name is to our office park). I mean really??? I gave him ALL the info needed to get here, everyone else gets here with that description of address without being rude and annoyed about it.. After one of my other colleaques spoke to him and told him exactly the same thing, he hung up. seconds later he got to our reception, our reception lady said that she will quickly call the birthday colleaque to collect the flowers and he said he is not interested in staying and left. This is really unacceptable behavior even for a driver. If he is having a bad day, he should not be delivering flowers to ANYONE, as FLOWERS are the one thing someone gets someone else who isn't feeling well or has a special day so that you can cheer them up. I didn't pay for anything, thank goodness. but out of the experience with you guys I will NEVER recommend you guys, and I will make sure everyone else knows about this. As I think no woman deserves to deal with this stinky attitude on a special day. </p>
