Extremely Poor Service Netflorist!!!!! disappointing

I get a an email from Netflorist at 13:55 clock on the day of delivery informing me that they are out of stock.....your make promises that your an able to deliver, poor client experience a waste of time and money what a disappointment. How do you advertise items you do not have stock of. Your staff are also very casual in their response no empathy or understanding
