Extremely Poor Service

I think Netflorist should close down during lockdown. Their service is so pathetic and unbelievable, I wanted to surprise someone on their birthday they informed me they don't have florists in the area u wanted to send them. So i cancelled the order got a voucher and purchased another product which was due to be delivered today. Since 8am I've been trying to communicate with their consultants to track my order I finally managed to get someone to respond at 14h00, who informed me that the product I selected is also not available in the area, but yet 95% of the products I selected are listed as available Nationwide. Why do you list things as available Nationwide then when someone places and order they are not available, then you send a list of other items to select from which are also not available.

Rather close shop and wait for the lockdown to end because you are providing substandard service.
