Extremely poor service delivery

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I orderd Personalised I Love You Choc Box with order number "***" for my wive on valentines day. the box arrived there broken,all the dividers inside was broken and the Lint chocolate was melted. i have sent them 2 mails with pictures attached to *** have not received any feedback whatsoever. This broken box with melted chocolate cost me R709.90 with delivery. Please be warned. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ASK.
