Extremely poor service delivery

I ordered a Netflorist St Valentine's gift box for my wife to be delivered on St Valentine's day. I paid, received confirmation the order was on its way. ...After 5 days of delays, and missing the special occasion, the wrong gift was delivered: it was supposed to be chocolates etc. and Netflorist delivered biltong and nuts (my wife does not like biltong; the very last thing she would have wanted to receive on a special occasion). I posted a complaint, and the ticket order was closed two days later, explaining that the gift had been delivered (no mention that it was the wrong one, and therefore no rectification), and that they would gladly refund the delivery fee (a few rands). Still unresolved to this day, now 7 days post St Valentine's day!
